At Earnytics LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work for all digital services and products purchased through our website, including logo design, branding, web development, and related offerings.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

This guarantee applies to all logo design plans and custom digital service packages purchased directly through our website or via official invoice from Earnytics LLC.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date, provided that:

• ✔Work has not yet been substantially completed or delivered
• ✔You have not approved final deliverables for download or use
• ✔The request is made in writing via email to our official support address
• ✔You have allowed us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any concerns through revision

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

The following purchases are eligible for refund under this policy:

• ✔Logo design plans (Basic, Start Up, Professional, and premium tiers)
• ✔Brand identity and branding packages
• ✔Website design and development projects (before final delivery)
• ✔Custom digital service packages invoiced by Earnytics LLC
• ✔One-time service purchases made through our checkout page

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• ✔Projects where final deliverables have been approved and files downloaded by the client
• ✔Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domain registration, stock assets, hosting fees, etc.)
• ✔Services fully rendered and accepted by the client
• ✔Rush or expedited delivery fees once work has commenced
• ✔Additional revision rounds beyond the included free revision (unless service was not delivered as described)
• ✔Subscription or hosting renewals after the billing period has started

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer). Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• ✔A project is partially completed and both parties agree to terminate early
• ✔Only a portion of the agreed scope was delivered due to client-side changes
• ✔A service package includes both refundable and non-refundable components
• ✔Mutually agreed resolution where a full refund is not applicable

Partial refund amounts are calculated based on work completed, resources allocated, and any third-party costs incurred.

If you cancel your order before our team has begun work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window. Once work has commenced (including research, concept development, or draft creation), standard refund terms apply. To cancel, email info@earnyticsllc.com with your order details as soon as possible.

As Earnytics LLC primarily delivers digital products and services, physical returns generally do not apply. "Return" in our context means:

• ✔Declining to accept delivered digital files before download or use
• ✔Requesting cancellation before project commencement
• ✔Rejecting initial concepts within the revision window and requesting a refund per policy terms

Once final digital files have been delivered and downloaded, the order is considered fulfilled. Refund requests after download require review and are handled per Section 5.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers may have additional terms:

• ✔Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated offer period
• ✔Discounted purchases are subject to the same refund window unless otherwise stated
• ✔Promotional credits or coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value
• ✔Bundle offers may have modified refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase
