Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Projects where final deliverables have been approved and files downloaded by the client
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domain registration, stock assets, hosting fees, etc.)
  • Services fully rendered and accepted by the client
  • Rush or expedited delivery fees once work has commenced
  • Additional revision rounds beyond the included free revision (unless service was not delivered as described)
  • Subscription or hosting renewals after the billing period has started

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before our team has begun work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window. Once work has commenced (including research, concept development, or draft creation), standard refund terms apply. To cancel, email info@earnyticsllc.com with your order details as soon as possible.

Returns for Digital Products

As Earnytics LLC primarily delivers digital products and services, physical returns generally do not apply. "Return" in our context means:

  • Declining to accept delivered digital files before download or use
  • Requesting cancellation before project commencement
  • Rejecting initial concepts within the revision window and requesting a refund per policy terms

Once final digital files have been delivered and downloaded, the order is considered fulfilled. Refund requests after download require review and are handled per Section 5.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in suspension of ongoing services. Please email info@earnyticsllc.com and allow us 3 business days to respond before disputing a charge.

Special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers may have additional terms:
